What the hell?

It is no secret I'm going through an art block of sorts but this is a very peculiar case... I have the drive to draw, I'd love to create new pieces but all the ideas I come up with are retarded, as you can see above. Like there's a mental cap blocking me from tapping into the stream of inspiration and potential and all I am left with is scraps, things that serve no purpose.

The best thing about this image is that I don't even like either character. Well, Sheogorath was cool before eight million fangirls decided that insanity is sexy, and Cicero is only worth mentioning because he shares the same voice actor as my all-time favorite videogame character, Percival Tachyon.

In this picture I really just focused on the technical side. I tested out a few things I had learned about color and other things, but the choice of paper was bad.
Colored pencils, a little this and that, border added digitally.
